On stone terraces carved by ancestors into the heart of the mountains — where vineyards touch the clouds — a heritage is born from sunlight, volcanic soil and the quiet hand of generations.

تمتد كرومُنا على أعالي الجبال اليمنية، فوق 2000 مترٍ من سطح البحر، حيث يلتقي الهواءُ النقيّ بتربةٍ بركانيةٍ غنيةٍ بالمعادن. هنا لا تُزرع الكروم.. بل تُصغى إليها. نعمل جنباً إلى جنب مع مزارعينا في مدرجات صنعاء وذمار وصعدة وبني مطر، محافظين على طرق الزراعة التقليدية التي تمنح ثمارنا نكهتها الأسطورية. Our vineyards stretch across the Yemeni highlands above 2,000 metres, where pristine mountain air meets mineral-rich volcanic soil. Here, vines are not planted — they are listened to. We work hand-in-hand with farmers across the terraces of Sana'a, Dhamar, Sa'ada and Bani Matar, preserving the ancestral farming methods that give our fruit its legendary flavour.

- التربة: Soil: بركانية عميقة، غنية بالحديد والمعادن. Deep volcanic soil, rich in iron and minerals.
- العنب: Grape: الجبري — عنب أسود ملكي. Jabri — a regal black heirloom.

أودية صعدة Sa'ada Valleys
- التربة: Soil: بركانية داكنة مع طميّ وادٍ خصب. Dark volcanic with fertile valley silt.
- العنب: Grape: الزبيب الأسود الصعدي — أصل الشنين. Sa'adi Black — soul of Shaneen.

بني مطر Bani Matar
- التربة: Soil: حجرية جافة، هواء نقيّ عالٍ. Dry, stony terrain with pristine alpine air.
- الشجرة: Tree: اللوز اليمني الصنعاني الفاخر. Heritage Yemeni (Sana'ani) almond.
